Our prices are per apartment and day with a minimum stay of 4 nights, plus the community tax of € 1.35 per person and night (from 14 years). The prices refer to a standard occupancy of 2 people (*3 people). For each additional person there is an extra charge of € 20.00 per day

Payment & cancellation conditions

Deposit: at least 30% of the total rental price when booking by bank transfer. Booking confirmation from our side The rest of the payment can be made in cash on site or by bank transfer before departure. We only accept cash and bank transfer. Our bank details: Raiffeisenkasse Hochpustertal Innichen Weitlaner Paul Peter IBAN: IT31J0802058790000301260791 SWIFT: RZSBIT21009 Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB There‘s not provided a right to withdraw from the contact in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdraw from the contact under the following conditions: Booking may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of your trip, you will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before departure, the deposit of 30% will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellation within the last 2 weeks before departure will be charged 70% of the total amount posed. If you do not start your vacation, or if you arrive later or depart earlier, the entire booking period will be billed. In order to be covered in every case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Arrival: the apartment is ready for occupancy from 3:30 p.m. Departure: we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. Waste separation is very important to us, which is why we ask our guests to do the same Out of consideration for our guests with allergies, pets are not allowed Our apartments are non-smoking apartments San Candido town centre offers plenty of shopping possibilities (supermarkets, fashion, sports equipment, shoes, electronics, farmacy, dairy, butcher’s, souvenirs, etc.) and is located only 5 minutes’ drive away – it can certainly be easily reached by train or bus too. Shops opening hours: Monday to Friday 9-12am, 3-7pm, Saturdays 9-12am, afternoons only in high season. Use public transport for your daily outdoor trips: Versciaco train station is only 500 m away and can easily be reached by walking from the Veiderhof. The next bus stop is only 100 m away.
